To change your password in Zimbra:

1. Click "Preferences" in the Zimbra web client
2. Select the "General" tab
   
3. Under "Login Options" click the "Change Password" button

Changing your password in the web client also affects any other mail clients you use to access Zimbra.  Be sure to update your passwords in those applications, as well.
